Difficulty Death Scaler is a server-side mod completly overhauling how the difficulty works.
Each time a player dies, the difficulty could be increased. This can reduce the maximum number of hearts, increase the dangers of mobs, or disable the F3. Basically, more you die, more you will die.

The wiki contains lot of information about the 2.1.0
, a version that is not yet released!
For example, the passive difficulty does not exist in the 2.0.0
.
There are three difficulties in the mod:
- Global difficulty which is for every players
- Player difficulty which is per player
- Passive difficulty which is reltive to the distance of the world's center
Many aspects of these difficulties can be configured via gamerules. Check Configuration for more information.
